Apple Picking

We have been trying to take advantage of our surroundings in NH and recently went apple picking at an orchard just a few miles away. Plenty of apples to pick and even a tractor ride to the picking spot (the highlight of Mason's trip). Everyone enjoyed trying out the fresh apples and we left with full bellies and 32 pounds (!!) of our picks....now just need to come up with some quick apple recipes!
